Richard Lyle Phillips, age 90, of Owens Cross Roads, Al passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at a local Nursing Facility. Mr. Phillips was born in New York to Lyle H. and Betty Phillips. He worked for the U.S. Government as an auditor. Mr. Phillips also served his country in the Air Force.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his brother Dean Phillips.
