Bryan Butler, age 80, of Vernon, AL, passed away Friday April 13, 2018 at Generations of Vernon in Vernon, AL. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at Fellowship Baptist Church with military honors and burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Chris Honeycutt and Bro. Charles Ballew to officiate. The family will receive friends at the church Sunday afternoon from 2:00p.m. until service time at 4:00p.m.

 

Bryan was born October 7, 1937 in Vernon, Alabama, to the late Noah Franklin Butler and Artie M. Thomas. Bryan attended Lamar County High School. He was retired from the Alabama Army National Guard. Bryan was a retired truck driver with San Tran Trucking Company. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #389 in Vernon, AL and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Bryan enjoyed traveling and going on cruises.

Wife: Ruth Butler, Vernon, AL.

Daughter: Sandra Butler Tidwell, Vernon, AL.

Grandchildren: Bradley Joe (Carisa) Harrison, Erath, LA

Great Grandchildren:Tyler, Kira Kayden Harrison, Kody, Dillon Quinton, Reagan Butler
