Willie Mae “Billie” Fawcett, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2018 at her residence. A graveside service will be held in April at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur. She is survived by her daughter and only child, Suzanne Fawcett Turner; former son-in-law and close friend, Bobby Turner; grandson, Brad Reding; granddaughter, Kelley Davis; six great-grandchildren; and one brother. She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Armand “Buddy” Fawcett; two sisters; and three brothers.
Mrs. Fawcett was born April 12, 1918, in Decatur, Alabama to Harry Moseley and Susie Best Moseley. She was a retired realtor and mortgage banker and a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.
