Penny Tesseneer Smallwood, age 57, of Oakman, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Smith Cemetery. Tony Lake will officiate.
Mrs. Tesseneer was preceded in death by her Brother-Mickey Tesseneer; Mother-Bernice Cheatwood; Special Niece-Christy Tesseneer Willingham; Sister-in-law-Lanette Tesseneer; Father-Hubert Tesseneer.
She is survived by her Husband-Bob Smallwood; Daughters-Michelle Vinson Delay (Jeremy) of Carbon Hill and Tammie Vinson (Michael) of Carbon Hill; Son-Micheal Higginbotham; Special Sister-in-law-Joyce Tesseneer; Best Friend-Anita Wood; Brothers-Ricky Tesseneer (Wendy) and Terry “Petey” Tesseneer (Joyce); 14 Grandchildren.
