Funeral services for Edith Christine Poole, age 86, will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Albert Dean Estes officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Burial will follow at Enon Baptist Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Poole passed away on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018, at Woodland Village Health Care. She was born July 15, 1931, to Bill and Edith Nails.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Junior Poole; son, Don Chambers; and brothers, Junior Nails and Wayne Nails.
Survivors include her sons, Paul (Martha) Chambers and Terry (Tina) Poole; daughter-in-law, Nelda Chambers; brothers, Darrell Nails and Joe Nails; sisters, Shirley McConnell and Nelly Reeves; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
