Nella Rea Ryan Freeman, 80 of Vinemont died Monday January 22, 2018 at Diversicare of Arab.
Mrs. Freeman was born February 25, 1937 in Blount County to Fred Maze and Annie Mae Lawler Maze. She was a homemaker, her first husband Henry C. Ryan preceded her in death April 15, 2006 and she later married Delmas Eugene Sonny Freeman, he preceded her in death December 8, 2017.
She was a member of Old Brashiers Chapel United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Freeman is survived by her step children: Gary Ryan and Christina, Terry Ryan and Terri, Jeff Ryan and Peggy, Agatha Ryan Albright and Jeff and Sandra Freeman Cox and Dennis and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Henry C. Ryan and her second husband Delmas Eugene “Sonny” Freeman and her brother: Bascom Maze.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 24, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother: Randy Blakely, officiating. Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 24, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel prior to the service.
