Ree Joyce Woodard, age 83, Bear Creek, AL. passed away Sunday November 26, 2017. She was a retired Teacher, having taught at Hazelwood High School for 2 years, and 30 years at Phil Campbell High School. She was a member of Bear Creek Community Church.
Her visitation will be Wednesday November 29,, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL.. Funeral service will be Thursday November 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel, with Archie Taflinger and Randal Foster officiating. Burial to follow in Bear Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by her brother, Hank Friday; grandchildren, Katie Woodard and Joshua Woodard; a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleet and Delma Elliott Friday; son, Greg Woodard; husband, Dwight Woodard; brother, Belon Friday.
