Mr. Eugene Hulsey, age 82, Bear Creek, Alabama passed away August 13, 2017.
Visitation is Friday, August 18, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral Service is Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. (lie in state from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m.) at Bear Creek No.1 Baptist Church, Bear Creek, Alabama. Burial in adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Hulsey is survived by his children, Rick (Deb) Hulsey, Ron (Mary) Hulsey, Joe (Tammy) Hulsey, Teresa (Jeff) Darnell; grandchildren, Ken Hulsey, Bob Hulsey, Jill Zarembka, Jennifer Darnell, Aaron Hulsey, Joshua Hulsey, Felicia Hulsey; and great grandchildren, David Zarembka, Josie Zarembka, Brendan Finn, Walter Finn and Madeleine Collins.
He is preceded in death by parents, Hosea and Josie Garner Hulsey; wife, Frieda Birdyshaw Hulsey; and siblings, Willowdean Hulsey Sizemore, Mildred Clark, Monie Godsey Dye, Orbie Hulsey Smith, Jay Godsey, Arie Hulsey, Robert Hulsey, Leonard Hulsey, Lonnie Hulsey, Travis Hulsey, Jessie Hulsey and Velmorine Hulsey.
