James Bedford “Jim” LeSueur III, 65 of Arab, died Saturday July 1, 2017 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Mr. LeSueur was born June 2, 1952 in Hampton Virginia to James Bedford LeSueur Jr. and Myrl Silas LeSueur. He was a 1970 graduate of Huntsville High School and owned Simco, a defense contracting business, later he worked as a sales representative for Humitek until his retirement. He and the former Susan Glenn were married for 30 years. He enjoyed music, sailing, swimming and trivia.
He is survived by his wife: Susan Glenn LeSueur; his daughter: Courtney Glenn LeSueur; his mother-in-law: Linda Lou Glenn; a brother and sister-in-law: Larry LeSueur and Jo; a sister: Lynn LeSueur; nieces and nephews: Lydia LeSueur, Logan LeSueur, Jarrett LeSueur and Arian Ellis and Don.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday July 5, 2017 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with John Mullins, Lynn LeSueur, Larry LeSueur and Bill Fleming, officiating with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the American Heart Association or the ALCU.
