Deborah Kaye Mitchell Lester, 62, of Florence, died Saturday, June 10, 2017. Her visitation will be Monday, June 12, 2017 from 6 pm until 8 pm at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will be Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 11 am in the funeral home chapel with John Powell and Donnie McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Lester was a member of Underwood Baptist Church and the Pierian Study Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Nancy Holt Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Lester; daughters, Jessica Fuller (Randal) and Susanna Hall (Clay); son, Randall Robbins; grandchildren, Blake and Cody Fuller, Caitlin Robbins, and Shelby Hall; sister, Tammie Elam; and brother, Mike Mitchell (Teresa).
Pallbearers will be Jerry Myrick, Rex Johnson, Sonny Berry, Roger Jackson, Buck Broadfoot, and Stanley “Skeet” Minor.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Underwood Baptist Church food pantry or building fund.
The family would like for everyone to research and consider organ donation when dealing with the loss of a loved one.
