Edward Grip Scott, age 74 of Meridianville passed away June 6, 2017. Mr. Scott is survived by his wife Vickie Scott; children: Cindy Davis, Denise Kirpatrick (Sean), and Joel Scott (Nichole); six grandchildren: Corbin Davis, Andrew Davis (Kayla), Caitlin St.John (Steve), Cayleb Kirpatrick (Alyssa), Ian Kirpatrick (Preslie), and Taylor Scott; one great-grandchild S.J.; siblings: Opal Rice, Elizabeth Fortner, and Julie Scott; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his first wife Gayle Scott; his parents Other and Vollie Scott; and brother Collis Scott.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 8th from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral service Friday, June 9th at 2:00 p.m. at Huntsville Holiness Church. Rev. Jack Kelly and Rev. Lee Lawson will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Valley Cemetery.
