Sherl Lynn Williams, 55, daughter of Charlotte Lacey and Elmer Dawson, passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2017 with her family by her side. Sherl was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Born in Indiana, she spent time in Florida and Tennessee before moving to Mississippi. She loved saving animals and watching NASCAR. Sherl was the rock of her family, and the light of her life was taking care of those she loved. She will be deeply loved and missed by her husband of 39 years, Paul, her children Tori, Tia, Josh, and Nikki, grandchildren Sophia, Dylan, and Sierra, extended family, and friends. A family memorial will be held in Florida at a later date. Donations in Sherl’s honor can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
