Mr. Charles Elmer Kilpatrick, age 64, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at the North Carolina Church of Christ in Killen, Alabama with Tim Grigsby officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10 a.m. until the service time at the church. Inurnment will follow the service in the North Carolina Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee is assisting the family with arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Kilpatrick, of Spring Hill; sons, Chad (Daina) Kilpatrick, of Ooltewah, and Brad (Christie) Kilpatrick, of Chattanooga; stepson, Paul (Grace) Highfill, of Thompson Stations; stepdaughter, Cindy (Nick) Valade, of Spring Hill; grandchildren, Jakob, Madison, Bailey, Brooke, and Judson Kilpatrick; and stepgrandchildren, Sophie and Rhett Highfill and Caitlyn and Bailey Valade.
