Elbert Grady Chandler, 92, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2016. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Thursday at Spry Funeral Home, Athens. The service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel. Burial, with military honors, will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
