Sallie Rose Dozier – Obituary

Sallie Rose Dozier, 80, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit. She was born July 20, 1936, in Hanson, Oklahoma, to Louie and Adele Farrer Randolph. She retired from Charm Step after 35 years of service and later worked at Comer’s Restaurant as a cook. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening. She loved sports and enjoyed bowling and playing softball and basketball.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, December 26, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Jackie Gray officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, Charles H. Dozier; two sons, Mike Dozier of Fulton and Mark Dozier of Mantachie; two daughters, Debbie Cooper (Dale) of Mansfield, Louisiana, and Tammy Dozier of Fulton; three brothers, Carl Randolph of Hanson, Oklahoma, Jack Randolph of Phoenix, Arizona, and Harvey Randolph of Killeen, Texas; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Kenneth, Bob, and Thomas Randolph; and an infant sister.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Monday at the funeral home.
