Pat Hodge, age 65, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, December 09, 2016 at her residence. She was a native of Bakersfield, CA, a homemaker, and a member of Brace Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Jenny Forlines; and one brother, Junior Forlines.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Friday, December 16, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. A memorial service will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 6:00 PM Friday, December 16, 2016. Family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
