James Rayburn Parker, 78, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Brother Hal Daigre officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Long Parker; son, Jeff Parker, of Decatur; daughter, Belinda Noe, of Hartselle; grandsons, Todd Parker (Mindy), of Decatur, Braxton Parker (Christina), of Trinity, and Ryan Noe, of Madison.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Watt Parker and Lelar Flannigan Parker; and brother, Harold Parker.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
