James Rayburn Parker, 78, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016. Visitation will be from 12:30-2 p.m. Monday at Lawrence Funeral Home. The service will follow in the chapel with burial in Moulton Memory Gardens Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Long Parker.
