Funeral service for Benny L. Self, 72, will be Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clyde Ledlow and Bro. Mike Eaton officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Etha Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Self died on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born August 20, 1944, in Cullman County to Louis Ethridge Self and Lela Gladys Hill Self. He was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. He was formerly employed by Cerro Wire and Cable as a machine operator, prior to his retirement.
