Elizabeth Betty Stanage 80, of Ardmore,TN died Saturday, November 19, 2016 at her home,
She was born Tuesday, October 06, 1936 in South Bend, IN, she was the daughter of Rosiabell Norvels Cauffman.She came to Ardmore about 15 years ago from Pulaski, TN. She loved to write, working in the yard, loved her children and grandchildren and helping others like Margaret Smith a close personal friend.
She was preceded in death by her Mother , Husband , Robert Stanage, Sr., Sons, Peter John Stanage, and Robert Stanage, Jr., Daughter, Mona Stanage Parker and grandson, Jemery Stanage.
She is Survived by her Son, Phillip George Stanage, Taft, TN, Daughter,Lana Chaplin,Ardmore, TN, Daughter-in-law, Debbie Stanage, Mount Pleasant, TN, Grandchildren, Jason, Corey, and Sam Stanage,Joey Parks, Theron Chaplin, Brandy Poole, Paul Draughon and Angie Roberts, 6 great-granddaughters and 1 great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Derrick Moose and Elder Tom McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations made at Redstone Federal Credit Union under E.A.(Betty) Stanage.
