Our Motto: Being in business is not only about making money but making a difference in people’s lives. You can sell anything, but it is how you take care of the customer during and after they purchase your product that matters most. Mahatma Ghandi once said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” These are the fundamental principles of Victory Bridal’s LLC & Alterations.
About the Owners — Antoinette & Charles Samuel
Owner Antoinette (Toni) was eight years old when she became fascinated with fashion. At age 13, Toni visited her grandfather’s sister, a master tailor, in England. Aunt Jane had several industrial sewing machines and recognized Toni’s gift of fashion design. She gave Toni one of her sewing machines, and since then, Toni has been sew-ing and designing for classmates and the general public.
Toni married her high school sweetheart, Charles Samuel, in December of 1981. Together, they have three boys and have travelled the world during Charles’ 22-year military career. The Samuels returned to the Unites States in November 2010, residing in Huntsville, AL with their children. Toni worked with the Federal Government as a Budget Assistant for 20 years, but due to budget constraints, was not reinstated. She decided then to rekindle the dream of fashion design and got a job at one of the bridal shops as an alterations specialist. Later, she and Charles established Victory Bridal’s LLC & Alterations Boutique.
Toni has attended the American Fashion Institute in New York for fashion designing and pattern making and has forty years experience in the sewing and design field.”
