Doris “Dottie” Lee Briscoe, age 91 of Pensacola, FL, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at New Prospect Baptist Church, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m., with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Delmus Anthony will officiate.
Mrs. Briscoe was preceded in death by her Father-Chesley Sherer; Mother-Fannie G. Richardson Sherer; First Husband-Stanley Lee; Brothers-Arthur Sherer and Dr. Jerald Sherer; Sister-Jean Jeary; Brother-in-law-Bob Jeary; Sister-in-law-Louise Sherer.
She is survived by her Husband-Doyce Glenn Briscoe; Daughters-Linda Lee Hankins (Bill, Sr.) and Debbie Lee; Special Friends-Judy Willhoyt and Shirley Grandison; Special caregivers; Sister-in-law-Billie Sherer; Grandson-Bill Hankins, Jr. (Ali); Twin Great Grandchildren-Leelee and Will Hankins; Host of nieces, nephews and friends.
