Charles Steven “Steve” Clark, 66, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016. Graveside services will be today at 11 a.m. at Belmont City Cemetery, Belmont, Mississippi. Burial will be in Belmont City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont will be in charge of arrangements. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
