David R. Lindsey, age 73, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, October 17, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Maury County, TN, retired truck driver, and a member of Summertown Baptist Church. Mr. Lindsey served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mote Baxter and Susie Agnes Walker Lindsey; infant son, Baby Boy Lindsey; and two brothers, Roland Lindsey and Leroy Lindsey.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, October 21, 2016, with Howard Kitter officiating. Interment will follow at Lindsey Family Cemetery in Summertown, TN with full military honors. Family suggests memorials be made to Summertown Baptist Church.
