Kristy La-Vaughn King, 29 of Somerville, Alabama, The Union Hill Community of Morgan County, died Sunday September 25, 2016 at her residence.
Ms. King was born October 2, 1986 in Madison County, Alabama to Jeffery Kempson and Barbara Gail Robinson. She was a 2005 graduate of Brewer High School. She was a homemaker, enjoyed playing softball, loved being a mother and loved Auburn football.
She is survived by her mother Barbara Wright; her step father David Wright; fiancé’ Chad NeSmith; five daughters: Kaitleigh Gale King, Adeleigh Katherine King, Maggie Makenleigh NeSmith, Aubrey Lynn NeSmith, and Abby Dyan NeSmith; a brother: Jeffery Lynn “Jay” Kempson; half sister: Tracy Kempson; one aunt and one uncle.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday September 28, 2016 at Brindlee Mountain Chapel in Morgan City with Brother: Andy Suit, officiating. Burial will be in New Canaan Cemetery in the Union Hill Community of Morgan County with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel and Brindlee Mountain Chapel, directing.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday September 27, 2016 at Brindlee Mountain Chapel in Morgan City.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel to assist with the funeral expenses.
