Carlton “Speedy” Brackin, 85, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Friday at Jackson Memory Funeral Home. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
