UPDATE: Swimmer’s Body Recovered From Pickwick Lake

WATERLOO-Search crews recovered the body of Nicolas Jeremy Smith, 36 of Memphis, Tennessee.

Smith had been missing since Monday afternoon after he jumped from a pontoon boat for a swim and never resurfaced.

Lauderdale County EMA Director George Grabryan reported searchers found the person’s body on Wednesday about 9 A.M.

Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama Agencies worked together to  find the missing swimmer.
