LAUDERDALE COUNTY-The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department has issued a BOLO for a missing woman from the Shoals.
Investigators are searching for Rachel Tarkington, 27. Tarkington has special needs and her family is concerned for her safety.
Rachel Tarkington was last seen walking down County 139 in the Cloverdale Area located in northern Lauderdale County.
