Arlene Flanagan Hall, 79, died Monday, June 13, 2016. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Moulton Memory Gardens. She was the wife of the late Charles Rex Hall Sr.
