Margaret Estelle Green Johnson, age 88, of Sheffield, passed away June 4, 2016. A graveside service will be held today, June 5, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Gardens, Tuscumbia.
Mrs. Johnson was retired from Bellsouth as a telephone operator.
She is survived by her husband, William Hollis Johnson Jr.; daughter, Pam Johnson (Anita), of Huntsville; grandson, Aaron Hudson (Jenni), of Athens; great-grandson, Riley Hudson, of Athens; sister, Louise Hosford, of Sanford, Florida, and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Cottage of the Shoals and Southern Care Hospice for their loving care.
