Eddis I.V. Maxwell, 91 of Ardmore, Tennessee died on Thursday, April 28, 2016, at her home.
Born Saturday, August 2, 1924 in Natural Bridge, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Luther Crane and the late Zora Barton Crane. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ardmore and loved quilting and her doll collection. She especially loved to read and read constantly. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Floyd Maxwell, her parents, a brother: Earl Crand and a sister: Gladys Webb.
Surviving are son, Larry Maxwell of Ardmore, TN, daughter, Elaine Lindelof of Pulaski, TN, grandchildren: Mike & Melinda Maxwell, Teresa & Rodney Rutledge, Rob & Stacey Lindelof, and Tiffany & Larry Malone, and 15 greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Alan Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
