ARAB-Police responded to a call on Sunday night, April 24 and found a woman dead inside her home on Midfield Road in Arab.
Authorities say the woman who has been identified as Joyce Green Bates, age 49 was found dead from a gunshot wound at around 10:00 P.M. on Sunday.
Arab Police have arrested Dale Lynn Hopson, age 48 and he has been charged with murder . Hopson is being held in the Arab City Jail. Bond has yet to be set in this case.
