Jerry Thomas Best , age 80 of Lexington, AL passed away Saturday April 23, 2016 at Athens Limestone Hospital after a brief illness. He was a native of Lawrence Co,TN Retired from Murray Ohio, an Army Veteran and a member of Anderson Church of Christ, and served as Referee in Alabama and Tennessee. Graveside Services will be held at Pettus Cemetery on Saturday April 30, 2016 at 10:00 AM. David Cox will be officiating. Burial will follow in Pettus Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday April 29, 2016 At Loretto Memorial Chapel.
