ATHENS-Police Chief Floyd Johnson reports that early this morning, April 11, about 7:20 the Athens Police Department responded to a call that a man was pinned between a vehicle and the building at T&R Electrical on L Gray Blvd.
The driver of a pickup truck told officers he started the truck and the truck was in gear, this causes the truck to lunge forward.
Brandon Cody Spears 22 of Athens was walking between the building and the truck at the same time. The result was Spears was pinned between the building and the truck.
Spears was transported to Athens Limestone by Ambulance. No information is available at this time on Spears condition.
