Wilma Fay LeMaster – Obituary

Wilma Fay LeMaster, of Cherokee, passed away on April 7th, 2016 at the age of 67. Her visitation will be Saturday, April 9th, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will be Sunday, April 10th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Loren Mayhall officiating. Burial will be in Barton Cemetery.

Fay was born in Fayetteville, TN but lived most of her life in Cherokee. She was a homemaker and a member of the Barton United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil LeMaster; parents, Charlie and Frances Towry; brothers, Wilford, Willard, Kenneth Towry and Joe David Webb; and sister, Helen Vann.

She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Taylor (Carl) and Rita Locker (Ricky); brothers, Bobby Cloud and Billy Webb (Pat); sisters, Judy Locker (T.T.), Mildred Franklin (Bob), and Robbie Maples; sister-in-law, Janet Towry; grandchildren, Daniel Taylor (Angela), Amanda, Alicia, and Angela Locker, and Zach Taylor; great-grandchildren, Steven and Madison Taylor; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Bedillion, Charlie Locker, Richie Tigner, Earl Lee, Jimmy Creasy, and Shane Taylor. Jeff Hamm and Steve Michaels will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family expresses special thanks to the staff of Gentiva Hospice, Barton Volunteer Fire Department, and Cherokee Rescue Squad.
