Mark Steven Graham went to join our Lord on April 3, 2016 at the age of 61. He is now with his father, David Graham, his aunt Hazel, and his grandparents.
He graduated from the University of Maryland and worked for many years as an engineer at the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant and continued to work as a consultant in Huntsville where he and his family lived since 2008.
Mark was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Marciani Graham for over 20 years. Mark will be forever remembered by his loving mother, Irma, devoted brother Keith, sisters Marilyn and Susan, aunt Sally, and numerous other friends and family who were blessed to know him.
Mark loved being outdoors, enjoying his cabin and the beautiful Laurel Highlands of PA, gardening, working in his shop, listening to music, laughing and spending time with his family and friends. He cherished time spent doing these things with his son Lyle, his “little buddy.”
Mark’s optimism, humor, and kindness will live on in our memories and his enduring love will carry Elizabeth and Lyle forward. He treasured every day and knew that the end here meant the beginning of eternity.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 11, at 3:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church at 228 Mt. Zion Road and memorial service will immediately follow in the church sanctuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
