Funeral service for Mrs. Doris M. Stone, age 69, of Fayetteville, will be conducted Sunday April 10, 2016 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul AME Church. Mrs. Stone passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Crestwood Medical Center.
Mrs. Stone was a native of Lincoln County, TN, the daughter of the late John D. and Eugene Emmons Bone. She was an eligibility counselor for the Tennessee Department of Human Services and a member of the St. Paul AME Church.
Survivors include her husband Ray E. Stone, Sr. of Fayetteville, daughters Rita Smith (Larry) of Peachtree City, GA, Rhea Stone of Orlando, FL, son Ray E. Stone, Jr. of Athens, TN, grandchildren Jaylen Rhea Smith, William Elijah Smith, Ray E. Stone, III, London Marie Stone, sister Bettie Hogue (Charles) of Warrensburg, MO, brothers John D. Bone, Jr.(Laura) of St. Louis, MO, Phillip Bone, Sr., (Carolyn) and Lawson M. Bone both of Fayetteville, TN. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sisters Aileen Peay and Delores Bone.
Visitation with the family will be Sunday April 10, 2016 from 1 p.m. till time of service at 2 p.m. at St. Paul AME Church.
