Diane Polk of Pulaski passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Tristar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville. She was born on December 28, 1959 in New Jersey and was 56 years old. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved working with crafts and enjoyed collecting Christmas decorations and celebrating with family and friends..
Visitation will be 4 o’clock until 8 o’clock Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 6:00pm Wednesday, March 9, 2016, in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents Andy and Edna Haney Moore along with two brothers Jesse and James Moore.
She is survived by her husband Husband Monty Polk of Pulaski.
Son Bruce (Jackie) Kennedy of Lawrenceburg. Son Billy Kennedy of Lawrenceburg. Son Jimmy Kennedy of Mt. Pleasant. Daughter Amy (Mike) Rochester of Lawrenceburg. Son Paul Kennedy of Mt. Pleasant. Son Jeremiah Polk of Missouri. Daughter Heather Polk of Brentwood. Son Ryan Polk of Pulaski.
14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
Four brothers and four sisters also survive.
