Misty Dawn Kois Perkins, age 40 of Haleyville passed away February 7, 2016.
She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Visitation is Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville. Funeral Service is Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Benny Knight officiating. Burial in Thornhill Cemetery.
She is survived by parents, Ray and Jennie Lay and Terry Kois; children, Alex Tackitt and Makayla Camp; brothers and sister, Dewayne Kois, Ray and Nikki Lay and Josh Kois; grandparents, Avalena Kelley, Wilma Belle and Rachel Lay; a host of cousins, nieces and nephews; grandchild due in April, Aiden Tackett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cayn J. Perkins; grandparents, Lee Robert Kelley and Ralph Kois.
