Rachel Cook, 86, died at her home Feb. 5th

Mrs. Rachel or “Mutt” as she was so fondly called. Lived on the family home place in the Corinth Community in Albertville, AL.

She was a homemaker until all the children were grown. Then she worked outside the home for awhile. She had to quit to take care of her mother until her death.

Then she was very active in her church and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She loved to sew, garden, quilt, and bead craft. Mrs. Rachel is known for her delicious pies and cakes. She loved to feed family and friends.

She has been a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Albertville all of her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Pat (Aros) Reeves, three sons, Rickey (Brenda) Cook, Bobby Joe Cook, and Jeff (Misty) Cook. She has 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
