Patricia Ann Sharp White Callahan, 76, formerly of Alliance and Somerville, went home to be with her Lord, Jan. 2, 2016. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, Alliance, and also attended Hunter Street Baptist Church. She retired from the Midfield City School System. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter R. “Booger” Callahan; parents, Felton and Irene Sharp; and her brother, John Sharp.
She is survived by her daughters, Lena Sollie (Glenn) and Amelia Manzella (Johnny); grandchildren, Terri Sollie, Zachary Sollie, Olivia Sollie, Micah Sollie, Aimee Witherspoon, Apryl Witherspoon and Austin Witherspoon; sister, Sheila Sharp Province; and nephew, John Sharp Jr.
Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 7 at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home, Hueytown. Funeral will be Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church, Alliance. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
