Gladys Lee Beshears Poore, 91, of Toney, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was born November 16, 1924 and was a lifetime resident of Madison County, AL. Mrs. Poore worked for the Huntsville City School System until retiring in 1990.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Decie Beshears, and her grandson, Joshua Blake Lang. Survivors include: her daughter, Susan Lang (Troy); grandson, Joseph Troy Lang (Traci); and great-grandson, Cooper Austin Lang.
Services will be held Saturday, November 21st at Mable Hill Baptist Church, 3788 Ready Section Road, Ardmore, AL, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life begins at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Michael Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Gatlin Cemetery on State Line Road. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
