margertMargaret Wood, 72, of Iuka, MS, died Thursday, November 12, 2015, at her residence. Mrs. Wood was a member of North Crossroads Community Church. She was retired from I.T.T. where she worked as a manager. Following retirement, Margaret was a homemaker, and enjoyed sewing, quilting, and crocheting. She also enjoyed working in her flowers. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Sunday, November 15, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 16, at North Crossroads Community Church, officiated by Bro. Bobby Christian and Bro. Travis Smith. Interment will follow in Burcham Davis/Hill Cemetery. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to service time at the church on Monday. Pallbearers include Brian Wood, James Braddock, Billy Brimingham, Jason Kirk, Wayne Fowler, Ethan Jones, and Jake Jones. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by one son, Lewis Lee Wood and wife, Donna, of Iuka; three sisters, Imogene Fowler of Tresvant, TN, Inez Brimingham of Glen, and Laura Smith of Corinth; four grandchildren, Brian Lee Wood and wife, Nikki, of Camden, TN, Amanda W. Webb and husband, Matt, of Russellville, AL, Ethan C. Jones of Iuka, and Jake R. Jones of Iuka; and three great-grandchildren, Julianne Wood and Lois Amelia Wood, both of Camden, TN, and Josie Rose Webb of Russellville, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Lee Wood; her daughter, Janice W. Jones; her parents, J. C. and Edna Mae Stacey Braddock; and two brothers, J. W. and David Braddock.
