Funeral for Arden Atwood, 46, of Mount Hope will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at Parkway Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Atwood, who died Friday, October 23, 2015, at UAB, was born September 23, 1969 to Billy Atwood and Ann Atwood. He was a member of Mt. Hope Baptist Church and was employed at 3M for 18 years. He was preceded in death by brother, William Boyd Atwood and father, Billy Atwood.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Charlotte Atwood; daughters, McKenzie Atwood and Isabella Grace Atwood; sister, Grace Ann Hall; mother, Ann Atwood; niece, Clair Hall; and brother-in-law, Ronald Hall.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
