Julian Edward Ashford, 66, died Thursday, September 24, 2015. Mr. Ashford was born on September 21, 1949. A celebration of his life memorial service will be scheduled for a later time.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thurmond Ashford, and Ruth Elizabeth Ashford.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Ashford(Natalie); brothers, Alan Ashford(Susan) and Donnell Ashford (Peggy); two grandchildren, Jackson Ashford and Lilyanna Ashford; niece, Lisa Ashford; nephew, Marshall Ashford and his companion, Pam Townsend.
Mr. Ashford served his country in Vietnam. He was a retired rural mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.
