Clayton Daniel Chambers, 8, of Huntsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 along with other family members. Those family members that passed away were his mother, Kristen Chambers; sister, Loryn Brooke; grandmother, Carol Jean Smallwood; and cousin, Eli Reed Sokolowski. He was prceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dana Meyer Chambers. He is survived by his father, Daniel (Brittney) Chambers; brother, Barrett Chambers; maternal grandfather, Joe Smallwood; paternal great-grandfather, Robert Meyer; aunts, Kelly (Gannon) Sokolowski, Shelly (Roberto) Hernandez ; uncle, Keith (Brittany) Smallwood, several other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 22nd at Jackson Way Baptist Church followed by a 2:00 service with Bro. David Wiley officiating. A private burial service will be held at Huntsville Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
