Mr. Chappell passed away July 26, 2015 at his residence. He was born October 12, 1966 to parents, James Dueal & Imogene Overton Chappell.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Dueal Chappell; grandparents, Bernice & Rachel Overton and Jim & Izettor Chappell; brother, Kevin Chappell; sister, Denise Chappell.
Survivors include his mother, Imogene Brummett; step-father, Donnie Witcher; wife, Debbie Kerwood Chappell; two sons, Ryan (Ayla) Chappell, Austin (Haley Abad) Chappell; ex-wife, Annette Johns; step-daughters, Teresa and Angela; brother, Kenny (Melinda) Chappell; sister, Misti (Matt) Fisher; a host of family and friends.
