Freddie Juan Jimenez, infant boy, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Helen Keller Hospital.
He was born on Friday, July 24, 2015 to Ana Jimenez and Alfredo Maneual Juan.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents and a host of other family and friends.
The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, in Russellville. Burial will follow at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
