James Donald Webb, 73, died Monday, July 13, 2015. The graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at John Lay Cemetery, Ethridge. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army/National Guard. Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, is directing.
