Funeral for Ronald Lee Morgan, 69, of Trinity, will be today, July 8, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Brandon Kerby officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Morgan, who died Sunday, July 5, 2015, at home, was born May 11, 1946, in Lawrence County to Elder and Jessie Morgan. He was the parts manager for John Deere for 29 years and Lift One for 21 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Donald Morgan.
Survivors include one son, Ronnie Morgan (Samantha); two daughters, Ginger Morgan Letson (Bu) and Brandi Morgan Jordan (Chris); six grandchildren, Trey Morgan, Brandon Morgan, Braxton Letson, Abby Grace Letson, Lydia Morgan and Brynn Morgan; one brother, Charles Morgan (Wanda); and four sisters, Marlo Morgan Sparkman (Tim), Margaret Morgan Horton (Joe), Lillie Morgan Sherrill (Joe) and Christine Murphy.
Pallbearers will be Josh Horton, Justin Horton, Buddy Allen, Shane Morgan, Tim Sparkman and John Helms.
